Prompt and efficient service I ordered two bouquets of flowers as an expression of sympathy for a friend whose mother passed away recently. The florist contacted me to change one of the bouquets as she didn’t have the exact flowers for what I ordered but managed to create an appropriate bouquet. Overall from ordering to delivery was about two hours. Great service.

This was my first time using Flower Cabin and the customer service was first rate. I was contacted about one of the bouquets not matching exactly what I ordered but it could be adapted to match the purpose for the bouquet. Within a couple of hours of ordering, the bouquets were delivered and well received.

What a fabulous bunch of colourful and bright flowers, delivered really promptly, with an unexpected and every so dab message from the florist team! Unfortunately some of the roses didn't last more than a few days, but the rest were fab.
